Every product we sell carries the full manufacturer warranty from the brand that built it. Below you will find the warranty coverage for each manufacturer we carry, plus information on how to initiate a warranty claim through SteerableLiftAxle.com.

Important: All warranty claims for products purchased through SteerableLiftAxle.com are processed through us — you do not need to contact the manufacturer directly. We manage the claim process on your behalf and work with the manufacturer to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.   • Products modified without Hendrickson authorization

  • Damage caused by alteration, modification, or use outside intended application
  • Tires, wheels, and third-party components

Document The Issue

We will ask you to describe the defect and provide photos if possible. The more detail the better — this speeds up manufacturer review significantly.

We File With The Manufacturer

We submit the claim directly to the manufacturer on your behalf and follow up to get a determination as quickly as possible.

Resolution

Once approved, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts or a replacement unit per their warranty terms. We coordinate delivery and keep you informed throughout.

General Warranty Exclusions — All Manufacturers

Normal wear and tear on consumable components including bushings, brake linings, and king pins
Damage resulting from improper installation not performed per manufacturer guidelines
Overloading beyond the rated axle or suspension capacity
Damage caused by accident, collision, fire, flood, or other environmental events
Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
Corrosion or deterioration resulting from failure to perform recommended maintenance
Tires, wheels, and third-party components not supplied by the manufacturer
Routine maintenance items including lubrication, alignment, and adjustment
Damage from use in applications outside the intended design specification
Labor costs associated with removal and reinstallation unless otherwise specified
